I cannot compare for a 125i.
The 128i has a different air box and it has an extra later of filtering to slow down the air flow.
I do know that Afe Si looks alot like the European airbox from 125i. The difference is a new air filter, 2 small holes on the side and a smooth pipe to the throttle body. This difference does not mean 10 horse power. It can be transfered to a European airbox by getting a new air filter, cutting holes in the airbox and looking for a smooth silicone pipe.
This is why I will install a european air box with aFe dry filter this week. If it is not enough for me, I will cut the european airbox the same as the links i showed you.
