I couldn't agree more and Michi's are nice.
I've done way too much research on 17" square setups...with a former rallycar owner/driver's perspective, A square 17", durable, non-bling setup for a 135 with m suspens:
Here's my winter setup 17x7.5-40, Sport Edition SE16, hubcentric (no rings), 20#, and $121ea. with 205/50-17 snows. no sensors, 30.8 lighter than stock 18/run craps. I've run this setup on rough frozen lakes, rally-x, and shit dirt roads, seems to be very durable.
In the summer, I'm thinking of going to 17x8-40, Bremmer Kraft BR07, centering rings
, 21#, $141ea. with Toyo RA1 (or maybe R1R) 235/40-17, 26.8# lighter than stock.
