My car shutdown in a puddle over the weekend
still waiting to here if its officially hydro locked or not. Insurance is covering regardless, just sucks. Plus, I have performance parts on the way which hurts a little more!
Lesson learned: Do not take car out in unfamiliar territory on a stormy day! Especially if modded. If this happened modded insurance might not cover and blame after market parts, although my car just simply shut off in an ankle to shin deep puddle(on a single lane on ramp)! Taking in the good, no one was hurt and I am very fortunate to have learned this lesson before the mods were on! It is just a wrong place, wrong time situation. I sincerely hope no one has to go through this! - Ridge
