I don't mean to worry you, but you may be missing the heatshield that sits on the subframe. They presumably protect the bushing from the hot cats/pipe, and it's possible that the installer removed it for additional clearance as they do rest on them by default. As far as the stripped bolt, it's very common and anti-seize is basically a must.
