Really depends on what temps he is getting while on track. Generally HPDEs don't subject cars to that much wear. Oil analysis would be the best route.

I'd probably change mine after every weekend/event. Generally because i'd have it WOT literally all the time.
My realistic goal for my car is to be a drift missile when it's retired from DD duty(150k miles<). I'll gut the interior and every shred of weight i don't need, throw in a couple bucket seats, starting screwing with more steering lock and throw an LSD in. Then i'll just fix and upgrade things as they wear out and break
It'll also of course see track days and autocross. she will be beaten like a red headed step child when i buy another daily in a few years.
