That is a 1m Raze. The new kit is 'Raze GT.' The Raze GT is a full body kit which essentially turns an e82 cosmetically into a wider more aggressive 1m styled car.

I would expect install and paint to land around $8-12k if done right by a proper installer. You would essentially be fitting an entire body kit and painting an entire car minus the roof ( which may actually come with a CF swap)
