I just got a fully loaded 135i with 27k miles 2 months ago from South Bay BMW for $31k so either I'm a fool or there is a market at that price.
I'd say private would be a couple grand less. You're on the borderline high side of the ballpark. You'll most likely not get KBB for it but if it is pristine you might get a private sale but you'd have to deal with the BS that goes with the private sale. Like when someone says they want to come by and see it and they end up a no call no show.
