Cant believe no one has jumped on this. I will keep them, I hate that my car is an auto. Currently have the wifey driving it as I am using public trans to get into DC and we already had a commuter VW cabrio and a benz. Sold the benz and brought the 1 back to stock just to save mullah. If I could get 550 whp with an assurance of no tranny problems I would go that route, but I brought back to semi stock, removing COBB and keeping a previous dinan map, stock dps. I love my car, runs greaattttttt. Fingers crossed, 72k and no LFP, HPF, coils or any other issues. Even after having a COBB PTF tune on it for about 2 yrs.

If I get enough cash saved up, I'll buy wife nice awd vehicle and hit the track again with my 1.
Still have the cattless cpe dps, maddad mids, and cobb ready to go back in! I just would love to get something like motiv or upgraded RBs and make a push to break into 10s, but as is I'm scared of tranny problems though, for this reason I have thought of going with a Manual 1er. Any thoughts by anyone? Having 5-10k to spend in addition to what I have (09 1er auto, aftermarket intercooler, CAI, chargepipe and BOV, alpina flash, COBB, catless DPs and midpipes).

I ran 11.7 with mods above and stock turbos, no meth, no alpina flash on street tires. 60 ft was 1.94 I think, at 121 trap.


Someone offer take these tires off of my hands or I just keep on thinking of scenarios to make my car much faster. I know they are nice for those 60ft times. Just can't get too nasty cause you may break an axle.
