Thanks for taking the time to document your install, Quart! I'm saddened to hear the Quarts' sound has suffered since the earlier days. I had a sweet system in my '92 GTI, with Quart's VW setup. Install was easy-peasy, and I fed them with a Phoenix Gold amp that was incredibly clean. Good times, indeed. I may or may not go the Quart route when and if I get the itch for better sound in the 2011 128i I just bought. You got me thinking, though.....
