Thread bump!
I have just carried out a xenon to halogen swap.
I have removed $522 from the VO but I now have no high beam and front sidelights. I also have error messages for no main beam AND sidelight in INPA and on the dash.
I suspect there is a wiring difference as prior to the swap, I had no error messages but still no high beam. However the indicator stalk would make the dipped/low beam lights illuminate when using them to flash the lights. - they should activate the full beam.
I have used INPA to make all the lights come on, however INPA will not activate front side lights or main beam which suggests there is an issue at/between FRM module and the lights themselves as I know they work.
The car was involved in a crash some point before I owned it and I needed to use tool32 to reset FRM to make the drivers side xenon work again as it was full of water and the ballast had clearly burned out.
I have read conflicting messages on whether the wiring is plug and play. If anyone could help, it would be greatly appreciated!
