I didn't have a cable for my iPOD, or i would have tested the AUX input, which is located in the center console. The center console cup holder (when you flip it up) also has a cool (literally) ventilation thing that blows cool air in there, to keep your beverages cool i'd imagine.
No coin holders, but i carry mine in a sandwich bag anyways.
