I have the same problem...
An oil leak in my E87 120i HB, I dont know what happens but It has been 4 times to the machanic but thay have not stopped the leak, it is less right know but hasnt stopped.
They told me that all the Series 1 BMW have that oil leak when 3 or 4 years old.
