Not to sure about the grills but with the chip. You've got a 3L block but its detuned so its not as fast as a 130. a 130 kicks out 195kw and we kick out 160kw.
Sadly BMW changed more than just the ecu on the car so you wont make near 190kw with just a chip. I dont know who told u that.
WIth a chip you might gain +- 5kw at the flywheel. If you do air intake/chip/exhaust you still wont get near 190kw. The car will feel a lot quicker because it will be more responsive.
So in my opinion a chip just isn't worth it. Just enjoy the straight six harmony at full tilt with the roof down
