45 would be the ideal setup for 17x9 imo. I have 17x9 ET42 10mm front spacer, Z2SS, rubs the front bumper edge of the fender, rear too but never compresses far enough to. I would do a 10mm spacer instead of 12mm.
You will probably have to roll the rear fenders, trimming or grinding down the front where it meets the bumper might be necessary too
