Well, actually, the training fee was included by the configurator at bmwconfig.com :P So...maybe they don't actually charge that. I thought I read somewhere that people notoriously had a difficult time getting out of it.
The $75 title fee is what the MA Registry charges for a title. They also charge the $25 or $50 for plates.
So that doc fee has gotta be almost entirely paying for the CA/dealer's time in filling out paperwork, and maybe a few cents for the actual paper
And it sounds like a lot of money for that service.
