I have asked Jason @ getbmwparts.com to check into a retrofit kit for a homelink mirror. I wanted leatherette for the main reason it looks good at any mileage so I didnt get the mirror with Garage door opener. This is the same part used on the E90 retrofit so it could be the same procedure, plus you dont have to have the car coded after the retrofit
