Yes they use a app to to deliver the maps to flash on your car. Much more improved than Cobb. If your tracking the car, you want to be able to keep your iat as low as possible. I'm sure a 5" would work but the 7" is better and would help combat heat soak even more. Doesn't matter how stock your car is, heat soak is a problem that will rob power.
