I spoke to my dealer. SHe said you can have them repaired with a patch like any other tire. The only thing you have to becareful is not to drive too fast and for too long otherwise you would have to replace them. My recommendation for it, is if it is a slow leak or semi slow, fill it up and then drive to have it removed and patched.
