Thanks for the post! Here's a photo showing the concavity of that wheel. This is an 18x9" ET30, but the face concavity profile is identical to the Profile 2 of the 18x8.5" ET35.



With that said, the 18x8.5" ET35 is quite aggressive for the 1 series chassis. For a direct fit, we recommend the 18x8.5 ET45 up front and 18x9.5 ET58 in the rear which is only available in our ARC-8 and EC-7 designs at this time. If you want to run the 18x8.5" ET35 as a square fitment on your 1 series, the wheel will extend out an additional 10mm front and rear compared to our recommended setup. Therefore, you will need to run negative camber up front and rear. In addition, a fender roll may also be needed in the rear to clear the fender. We recommend pairing that with a 245/35-18 tire.
