No loss at all of lighting strength...although if your looking to match Low beam to fogs I would recommend doing one step hotter through the projectors/low beams as they do dull a bit (color wise) due to the projectors.
For example if your wanting to match a set of 6000K I would suggest you do 8000K up top and 6000K in the fogs.
