These guys do a great job. I lived right there and have taken my car/suv there dozens of times. Very close as well.

I'm near them as well and gave them a try - pretty good but still a bit more of a production line than I'd like. I then found the West Loop Auto Spa and although it's a little pricier, I like them more:
