Use the thumb wheel on the turn signal stalk, key in ignition on. Scroll thru until you get to the BC check settings, then click on DRL icon. Go look at the owners manual if need be. DRL really work, IF I were you I would just leave them on/engaged.

New headlights will not be cheap. Depos run about $600 plus install. You will need to R&R the front bumper cover. Xeons are about $2k or more.
