In any event, I wouldn't let it ruin your new-owner experience. You bought an absolutely amazing car that's pretty much sold out, and - in truth - there's probably no real long-term impact from the joyride. Enjoy it, and welcome!
+1. I agree. It's hard to tell how much damage was done and you'll probably spend more on the lawyer than what you may get from the dealership. It won't hurt to ask them to reimburse you for the warranty, though.
