I just bought a TomTom Go 930 used it drive from Canberra to the Gold Coast via the inland route through Dubbo - Tamworth and up to Tenterfield then down the Mt Lindesay Highway. Was excellent the whole way and all speed camera sites were marked and accurate. The one just out of Tamworth I wasnt paying much attention and Im sure it saved me a ticket. Really easy to use and extremly fast lockon to the sats.
