Installed my Performance exhaust this past weekend and my 128 has found it's voice. I grew up loving the sound of the XK-E and the 6cyl. Triumhps, and one of the things that attracted me to the 1-series was the straight six. But the stock exhaust is too quiet and I knew what this engine could sound like. The Performance exhaust lets just enough sound through to be thrilling to listen to. I don't think it boosted the actual performance of the engine, but it did boost my enjoyment of the car. I love it!
