Let's keep in mind that the *idea* is to go out and take the requested picture, not to dig one up from the past (many are guilty of this, including one of mine lol). It's not a hardcore rule, as sometimes it's a necessity, but it's more fun if you must go out and get the photo...maybe better weather will make this more doable in the future.
