if they are functioning correctly they should not be leaking at all. and the vacuum line should be plugged in on both of them, mine was leaking air right at the metal nipple where the vacuum line plugs into. also keep in mind we are worried more about the vacuum lines bot the selenoid itself if you unplug the vacuum line the selenoid will be sucking air in, u can cap them off would be a quick way to see if thats the problem to begin with as it keeps the wastegate fully closed
