Thanks for the post! We did end up changing the rear offset to ET58, which allows for easier fitment of 265/35-18 tires, and helps with subframe clearance when running 275/35-18, although rolled fenders are still going to be required to prevent rubbing.

Regarding the front fitment: 235/40-18 is what we recommend on the 18x8.5" ET45 as a direct fit on stock suspension or lowering springs. 245/40-18 will likely need some negative camber in order to prevent rubbing, and may even need small spacers depending on the tire brand and compound.
