Haha, funny you should ask. Apex customer support questioned me on this fitment (suggesting the et22 instead) when I ordered. I asked if they'd tried this setup and they hadn't, but I felt confident based on CarJunkie's geometry thread and that I was already running 285/30 rear on stock wheels. I used this tool for calculation/comparison:
