dont have one but i can answer some questions.
1. in my case, dealer did not mind of any changes.. i did changes from suspension, intakes, charge pipe, downpipe and did not void any warranty
2. if i were you i'd take the downpipe as well, regretting not purchasing and re-ordering will take much more time..
3. dont know but yes, heard them on the track the other day.. its loud.. but having 5 1Ms with akrapovic seems a bit boring *somehow.. its too popular

5. what cause the engine check is usually the cat-less downpipe, but what my dealer said if there is an engine check. just restart the car and it will be gone *not sure..

7. i had valvetronic, it is powered from the car's electronic..
