Terra - I think you mean the
1M vs
135i. In Europe the 1M is called the "1er M Coupe". Basically the 1M has the M3 suspension and read LSD with a slightly more powerful(335 Hp vs 300 Hp) version of the N54 (twin turbo) engine.
All 135i's come with the M sport optics(outside). M Sport packages for seats/trim/steering wheel/shadowline trim are optional. There are two Sport options for interior trim.
Currently the 135i's use a N55 engine which has a single (dual scroll design) turbo. The N55 is a more economical and cheaper engine than the "stout" N54 engine for BMW to produce. N54's also seem to produce more HP "chipped" vs N55's.
