I've purchased two vehicles through Faulkner, and both purchases went without a hitch.

Most recently, I picked up my 1SMC at their new facility, which is a nice upgrade from the old place. Jonathan Hoxworth is good to work with. He is knowledgeable, polite, and stays in touch with customers. The dealership did not charge over MSRP, which is quite astounding given high demand for the 1SMC. In addition, they gave me very reasonable offers for my trade-ins. There were no shenanigans during pickup, and finances were handled efficiently and in an organised fashion (talk with Mike, their finance guy).

I would go back to Faulkner again...you know...if and when the i3 comes out.
