They got away lightly. I'm one who also says no wash. They washed on one occasion and the service manager was very apologetic and made sure I was looked after. They offered to detail my car incl paint protection and a new 740. They never once inspected my car just took my word for it that they had put in fine scratches. After enquiring how exactly they were going to detail the car, I declined. I just said I wanted a discount on the next service. Done, no arguments. Just had a brake service done and they discounted $100. Service advisor said they would keep credit note for next major service as well as $100 was not that much.
Gotta say am extremely happy with my sa.
