The locator shows my regular BMW dealership as being one of their locations... so I'm assuming the cleaning service they do is through BG anyway, lol. $750 sounds about right for the dealership doing the service. I also heard of $1000 for the service as well. Not cheap at all, and kind of annoying, considering that this is pretty much required if you want your engine to make it into the higher mileages.
