Fitted the 7" front spring in the place of the 8" spring. Improved front end ride quality, perhaps improved grip on poor surfaces.
The preload was masking the weak OEM swaybars, but the improved compliance more than makes up for this on our crappy roads.
Front tyre clearance has improved.
I am running around 318mm eyebrow heights at the moment (down from 325mm, oops). I like it at this height.
In short- Harold has given great guidance on rates and lengths and I recommend it to anyone who is running progressive springs.
