Had a great experience with Joel Jones at Sam Swope BMW in Louisville. He had listed the car (new 08 135i) on eBay and was great about answering emails. I ended up buying the car for the buy-it-now price AFTER it didn't sell on eBay. (I wasn't planning on getting much more off since the buy-it-now was inexplicably $5300 off sticker on a new car and I had to sweep in before a guy leased it.) I made the trip from Utah nervous about what other fees would be stuck on since my communication with Joel had been minimal. To my surprise, he had the paperwork ready to go with his dealer-required fees figured in to add up to the agreed price, not a dollar more. Great experience. The $500 I spent on airfare and gas to retrieve the car from 2000 miles away was totally worth it for the price I got.
