In Canada, all BMWs, leased or financed, or cash purchase come with a standard maintenance program, which means for 4yrs/80,000 km (whichever comes first) they give you free oil change, filter replacements, etc. You are, however, still responsible for break pads, wipers, etc. What you got with your car (because you leased early) is an INCLUSIVE (as you said) maintenance program (worth $750) that basically takes care of the break pads, wipers, and pretty much everything else.
