No, there is no cooling ducts from the factory. However, the SleK 1M lips added cooling ducts to the from lip and will allow ducting behind it if you choose to add them.
What we have found in the past with these Stoptech Trophy Sports with race pads is that you don't really need much ducting to them unless you are running some sort of endurance events(not even at Laguna Seca). They run so cool and at certain tracks we found ourselves blocking the oem brake ducting(335i running 355x32 and 345x28) just to keep some heat in the pads so we have full braking power at the next turn. The 1M and M3 application is 380x35 and 355x32, that is a lot of thermal capacity and much larger heat sinks.
