I've heard clicking turning before from crap in the OEM brake pads. Usually reversing quickly then jamming on the brakes dislodges particles or crap that's in there.

If it's at low speeds it can be a whole bunch of things and you have to go through your suspension parts and make sure they're all torqued properly. If it continues, it's likely a bushing or insert in suspension geometry.

Currently I hear loud clunks when I turn right. I've got a broken link somewhere in my tie rods and have ordered replacements. Things are bound to break. Hopefully what OP is going through is minor.
