Theoretically... if you know you have 93 octane and the correct supporting mods, and you REALLY want to hit 16.5, I might do something like this:
1500 - 10.5
2000 - 11.0
2500 - 11.5
3000 - 12.5
4000 - 14.0
4500 - 15.0
5000 - 16.0
5500 - 16.5
6000 - 15.0
6500 - 14.0
7000 - 12.0
