Ok just took the car for a good run. It seems all good now. I've done some logs and sent them to BMS just to be sure.

I'm thinking (hoping) it was just that the car had sat still for two weeks and not waiting for it to warm up before poking it with a stick proved to be optimistic.

One thing I did notice while the cowl, etc was all off was that there was a discernible click whenever I revved the car and it was coming from the PCV area. Not a rattle but rev and click at the same time. Is this the PCV opening/closing? Or something else around that area that I've never noticed before?
