To the OP, that sounds pretty dodgy. I got a loaner for my mini when there was a dodgy radio button that was sticking when pressed; then when they ordered the wrong part I got another loaner.
EDIT: Oh yeah, and everytime I've brought my car in, it has been has been washed as well.
