Based on what you describe, definitely have a company like Dent Doctor look at it. As long as they can get to the spot with their tools, they can do ca real good job for a lot less time and money than a body shop. The places I have dealt with in the past will let you know before they get started if they cannot do it or if they run into an issue during the work where they can't finish (like a boxed support that blocks access) there's typically no charge.
