I very rarely play CDs but one time when I did I had the same issue. I just waited a week or two and finally it decided to eject.

I've had a different issue with the radio that somebody suggested how to address and it works for that so maybe it will for this too. Sometimes my radio doesn't play anything. When this happens, it won't even offer the aux input as an option. Shutting the car down and starting up again generally makes it go away. But if you unbuckle your seat belt - or do something else to get an alarm - the radio starts to work. Seems to be a software issue. I would try getting the car to "gong" and then try removing the CD, might work.
