There aren't any 100,000+mile 128i's on here that I'm aware of but I'm almost to 50K and nothing major over almost 5 years. The '08s had taillight issues and I had my amp go from the premium audio system but I'm sure BMW worked those kinks out over the past 5 years. The N52 is a solid engine, they lug 5 series and X5s around, the drive train was built to handle 300 hp all day long so my only guess is maybe the automatic might be a weak link long term but since you are cool and have a 3rd pedal you should be golden... drive it and love it!
