In late 2013 / early 2014, Porsche hopes to score big time with the
Porsche Macan Turbo: baby SUV (crossover) with new 3.0-liter twin-turbocharged V6 engine that produces 370 horsepower and 400 lb/ft of torque. For sure a radically different concept than the Cayman (backseats - crossover), but also targeting BMW customers who fancy a spacious - but not too big - family car with quite some oomph. New contender, albeit neither fish nor flesh for me.
