Just to add to this thread.
My Canadian 13 135i M Sport Edition came with Blacklines. So I called my local dealer. Kit # 63212225282 is available for purchase here in Canada. BMW Canada has them in stock, was told 1 day to get them in.
List price is $445 Canadian (about $378 USD) I am sure there are dealers in Canada that will sell them at a discount.
