I work with a guy who knows the owner of this car, and from what I heard he was fine. Car is gone but he's ok. I was just looking at some of these pictures a week or so ago. Think it was a Mitsubishi Galant that did this, not sure the details. Either way, its sucks. Heard it was a nice car, not sure all the mods.
