Doubtful, Porsche Australia doesn't have the info from individual dealerships unless it is sent through for something. So the dealers 'don't talk to each other'. I had someone trying to track something down for me, the scope of it is unless the car has been to that dealership there isn't a record of it in their system.
I imagine BMW is the same, Mercedes is, or was as well.

It would be interesting to know. If they don't log modification against a VIN and share it country wide, there's nothing to stop modders from moving to the next dealership and trying again on a warranty claim.
