I was in the US at the time it was being delivered, tracked, system said delivered, but nothing there, not signed for, no delivery slip left, nothing at all and no one will take any responsibility after 2 months of so called investigating by UPS and yourselves and I am left out of packet with nothing to show other than we can offer you a discount on another set!
